Slow sink, gurgling toilet, water backing up outside. We find the blockage, clear it, and check it has gone.

Blocked Drains & Drainage in Caterham.
Drains for homes and small commercial properties. Open one for what we do about it.
A blocked drain gets worse, not better. We find where it is blocked, clear it by rodding or jetting, and run water through to check it has gone.
If a drain keeps blocking, something is wrong further down. A camera survey shows what, and where, before anyone digs. Worth having before buying a house, too.
A cracked or collapsed drain lets roots and soil in. We repair the section or reline it from inside, which usually means no digging.

Where in Caterham we work.
Postcode districts we cover here: CR3.
Caterham is CR3, and the district also covers Whyteleafe, Chaldon and Woldingham. The town divides between Caterham on the Hill and Caterham Valley, a dry valley in the North Downs, with the A22 through it, the bypass opened in 1939, and the M25 at junctions 6 and 7 below. Warlingham (CR6) and Oxted (RH8) are covered on the same terms.
Caterham Valley is a dry chalk valley, and the ground climbs to White Hill at 233 metres and Gravelly Hill at 236, two of the highest points in Surrey, with the North Downs Way running along the top. Whitehill Tower is an 1862 folly on the hill. A drain run on chalk this steep rarely blocks where the sink is, and a camera survey finds the actual spot.
