Slow sink, gurgling toilet, water backing up outside. We find the blockage, clear it, and check it has gone.

Blocked Drains & Drainage in East Grinstead.
Drains for homes and small commercial properties. Open one for what we do about it.
A blocked drain gets worse, not better. We find where it is blocked, clear it by rodding or jetting, and run water through to check it has gone.
If a drain keeps blocking, something is wrong further down. A camera survey shows what, and where, before anyone digs. Worth having before buying a house, too.
A cracked or collapsed drain lets roots and soil in. We repair the section or reline it from inside, which usually means no digging.

Book a plumberWhere we work
Where in East Grinstead we work.
Postcode districts we cover here: RH19.
East Grinstead is the whole of RH19, and that district reaches out to Ashurst Wood, Hammerwood, Sharpthorne, West Hoathly, Dormans Park and Felcourt. It also takes in Felbridge, which is contiguous with the town at its north-west edge but lies over the boundary in Surrey. The town itself sits at the junction of the A22 and the A264. Forest Row (RH18), along the A22 to the south-east, is covered on the same terms.
Drainage work covers RH19, town and village alike. Ashdown Forest and the Weald lie to the south-east, and the Worth Way and the Forest Way, two linear country parks, run west and east out of the town. Plenty of properties along them back on to mature woodland, where root ingress is worth ruling out before anything is dug up.
