Blocked Drains & Drainage in Eastbourne.
Drains for homes and small commercial properties. Open one for what we do about it.
A blocked drain gets worse, not better. We find where it is blocked, clear it by rodding or jetting, and run water through to check it has gone.
If a drain keeps blocking, something is wrong further down. A camera survey shows what, and where, before anyone digs. Worth having before buying a house, too.
A cracked or collapsed drain lets roots and soil in. We repair the section or reline it from inside, which usually means no digging.

Where in Eastbourne we work.
Postcode districts we cover here: BN20, BN21, BN22, BN23.
Eastbourne is BN20 to BN23. BN21 is the town centre, BN20 the Old Town, Meads, Ratton and Willingdon and out along the cliffs to East Dean and Friston, BN22 Hampden Park, and BN23 Langney and Sovereign Harbour. The A22 comes in from London and the A27 links the town to Brighton one way and Hastings the other. Polegate (BN26) and Pevensey (BN24) next door are covered on the same terms.
The Bourne stream that named the town runs beneath the Old Town and surfaces as the pond in Motcombe Gardens; Hampden Park opened in 1902 and Shinewater Park in 2002. Behind the town the Eastbourne Downland Estate covers 4,000 acres up to Beachy Head, and in front of it four miles of shingle run from Sovereign Harbour to the cliffs. Between chalk on one side and a marina on the other, drain runs fail in very different ways, which is what a camera survey settles.
