Slow sink, gurgling toilet, water backing up outside. We find the blockage, clear it, and check it has gone.

Blocked Drains & Drainage in Hailsham.
Drains for homes and small commercial properties. Open one for what we do about it.
A blocked drain gets worse, not better. We find where it is blocked, clear it by rodding or jetting, and run water through to check it has gone.
If a drain keeps blocking, something is wrong further down. A camera survey shows what, and where, before anyone digs. Worth having before buying a house, too.
A cracked or collapsed drain lets roots and soil in. We repair the section or reline it from inside, which usually means no digging.

Where in Hailsham we work.
Postcode districts we cover here: BN27.
Hailsham is BN27, the administrative centre of Wealden, and the district also covers Hellingly and Herstmonceux. The A22 runs past the town on its way from London to Eastbourne and the A27 passes to the south. Heathfield (TN21) to the north is covered on the same terms.
The River Cuckmere runs to the west of the town and the Pevensey Levels, Glynleigh Level and Horse Eye Level spread out to the east, so a lot of the ground around Hailsham is low and wet. Hailsham Country Park covers 22 acres and the Common Pond was refurbished in 1996. A drain on a level that blocks more than once is usually the run itself rather than what went down it, and a CCTV survey is how that gets settled.
